The highly recognized Grandmaster Pui Chan is one of the pioneers responsible for bringing traditional kung fu to America. He built the first U.S. kung fu temple and leads an international martial arts system. Pui’s daughter, Mimi Chan, confronts the challenges of trying to keep tradition alive in a modernized era.
