TNT Pass FAQ’s

If I have a full pass, can I go to any event?
Your pass gives you access to all workshops, films and UNIVERSES’ Spring Training, a presentation of a work in progress.Your pass gives you access to the performances you previously selected, indicated on your pass envelope. If you would like to change performances, please contact the Box Office at 617.824.8400 during regular Box Office hours.

Do I have to make reservations for films, workshops or UNIVERSES’ Spring Training?
No reservations are required for Festival pass holders. However, your previously made reservations for all other live performances are indicated on your pass envelope.

Can I purchase additional individual tickets?
Each Festival pass contains a single admission to each event indicated on the pass envelope. This applies to all Festival performances and events with the exception of UNIVERSES’ Spring Training which is open admission to all Festival passholders and their guests. Additional individual tickets are available for purchase to Festival passholders for only $20 each ($15 for ArtsEmerson Members). All performances are general admission. The only exception is American Utopias (reserved seating, prices vary, see below for more information). Additional tickets may be purchased online, by phone at 617.824.8400 or in person at the Box Office.

How do I get tickets to American Utopias?
Tickets for American Utopias are being sold separately from the Festival passes and are available online at artsemerson.org, by phone at 617.824.8400 or in person at either of our Box Office locations. Festival passholders receive a $10 discount on all tickets priced over $25.

Are all of the events all in the same venue?
All TNT Festival events and performances will be held in the Paramount Center located at 559 Washington Street. Within the Paramount Center there are several theatre and film spaces including the Paramount Mainstage, the Jackie Liebergott Black Box, the Bright Family Screening Room, and the Paramount Studios, all of which will be in use for the Festival. Enter through the main doors to the Paramount Center for all performances, and you will be directed to your event.

Where is the best place to hang out between events?
Feel free to mingle with other Festival-goers at the Festival Lounge located in the Randall Lobby on the second floor of the Paramount Center. The Festival bar will be open before and between all Festival performances with refreshments and light fare available for sale.

For more substantial fare, visit our official Festival hangout- Back Deck Restaurant. Back Deck is located on the corner of Washington and West Streets, a block to the left as you exit the Paramount. Receive 10% off your meal when you present your Festival pass!

Where should I park?
We offer discounted parking at the Millennium Place Parking Garage, the entrance of which is located at 47 Boylston Street. The walking exit is next to the Ritz Carlton at 16 Avery Street and just around the corner from the Paramount Center. We offer a $7 flat rate to all Festival passholders. Present your Festival pass at the Box Office to get your parking ticket validated.
