All gift certificates are valid for seven years after purchase date for any ArtsEmerson stage production.

GIFT CERTIFICATE INSTRUCTIONS
Gift certificate orders will generate a confirmation email to the purchaser. The gift certificate will be attached to the order confirmation email as a PDF file named “tickets.pdf”.
To give a gift certificate as a gift, download the PDF file from the order confirmation email and do one of the following:
1) To give a physical gift certificate, print the PDF file. It is formatted to be printed on 8.5 x 11 paper stock and looks best when printed with color.
2) To give a digital gift certificate, share the PDF file as an email attachment or through other digital file sharing options with the intended recipient. You may also forward the full order confirmation email to the intended recipient as the attachment will be forwarded as well.
Gift certificates can be used for any ticket purchase made on ArtsEmerson theatre programming as listed on the ArtsEmerson website (artsemerson.org) including Season Package Subscriptions.
Gift Certificates may not be used on Film programming or programming which is not presented by ArtsEmerson.
At this time, Gift Certificates cannot be used as payment for online purchases. Please contact the Box Office at 617.824.8400 or tickets@artsemerson.org during regular business hours (Tue-Sat 12PM-6PM) to redeem your Gift Certificate.
