On October 8, 2022, World Alive is back for its 7th consecutive year! We are thrilled that this year’s World Alive Fundraising Event will be back live and in person!

We hope you will consider joining us at this fantastic event to show your support for ArtsEmerson. Proceeds of the event will support ArtsEmerson’s 22/23 Season. Those funds will assist in the development of ArtsEmerson’s mission through meaningful programming, show development, and community engagement.

ArtsEmerson is the premiere theater in Boston presenting contemporary works from around the world. In doing so, we give voice to diverse stories and perspectives not often seen or heard in the mainstream tradition. We work to engage all communities through stories that reveal and deepen our connection to each other. By cultivating diversity in the art and in the audience, we ignite public conversation about our most vexing societal challenges as a catalyst for overcoming them.

The evening will take place at The Revere Hotel beginning at 5PM with registration and a cocktail gathering. Gala guests will also enjoy dinner, a silent auction, and program followed by an exciting performance of Step Afrika!’s Drumfolk at The Emerson Cutler Majestic Theatre.

Immediately following the performance of Drumfolk gala guests will be invited to join us for a post performance party with drinks and dancing.
