Play Reading Book Club: Utopian Hotline
Registration to the program is FREE.
Tickets to the play must be purchased separately.
Enhance your experience!
Expand your theater experience through group dialogue and behind-the-scenes access to Utopian Hotline. In our first two sessions, we will read, listen to, and discuss a variety of materials related to the development of this groundbreaking live experience including; text, music, audience-submitted voicemails, and a virtual “video game” experience. In the third week of the play reading book club, members will attend a performance of the show in the planetarium at the Museum of Science, which will include a special post-show talkback with the artists of Theatre Mitu! Finally, we will come back together for one last session in the fourth week to reflect, discuss, and engage with some creative exercises led by our incredible teaching artists.
