A WRAP UP OF OUR THIRD-ANNUAL GARDEN PARTY

This past weekend, ArtsEmerson hosted the third-annual Garden Party at the home of David and Terry Wilkins, as patrons from our past and present joined together to celebrate our 10th Anniversary Season and the continuation of the Gaining Ground Fund. Guests were also treated to a musical performance by acclaimed jazz singer and songwriter, Somi. An afternoon full of song, food, and delightful conversation was the perfect summer kick-off for ArtsEmerson as we look toward to our upcoming season.

Proceeds from the Garden Party went toward supporting ArtsEmerson’s Gaining Ground Fund, which elevates and encourages the ambition of artists developing work for the world stage that reflects the African Diasporic experience in America. Keep your eyes open for updates about our exciting new Gaining Ground Society kicking-off this summer!  If you have any questions about the Society or upcoming events, please be in touch with Jessica Newman at jessica_newman@emerson.edu.
