Ronee Penoi Named a “Power Player” of Boston!
ArtsEmerson’s very own Ronee Penoi, Director of Artistic Programming and Interim Executive Director of the Office of the Art, has been named one of Boston’s Top 39 Luminaries in Sports & Entertainment in the Boston Common Magazine! Ronee has been honored in the June issue of the magazine, alongside legends and cultural icons who call New England home, including Alex Bregman, Third Baseman for the Boston Red Sox, Chrystyn Fentroy, a principal dancer in the Boston Ballet, actress Jenny Slate, musician Noah Kahan, William Chisholm, owner of the Boston Celtics, and Joseph Carr, founder of Josh Wine Cellars.
In her role at ArtsEmerson, Ronee oversees the programming of artistic projects that come to the stage through ArtsEmerson. Penoi views ArtsEmerson as the “front porch” of the college since the organization aims to engage in civic discourse and transformation in Boston. We are so proud of all her accomplishments and recognition in Boston Common Magazine! Congratulations, Ronee!
