Visit ArtsEmerson this Summer at Open Streets Boston!

Although our stages are quieter during the summer (but not empty – there is a unique summer performance of Rough Magic), ArtsEmerson is still incredibly active in the Boston community from in these hotter months with various engagements with members of the community that make up our audience. One summer event ArtsEmerson has had a continued partnership with is Open Streets Boston, an monthly event that provides Bostonians with the opportunity to experience streets as public spaces!

Open Streets Boston runs through October. These summer and fall daytime events are a great opportunity to connect with our organization – you’l find us throughout the Boston neighborhoods of Jamaica Plain (Sunday, July 21), Hyde Park (Sunday, August 11), East Boston (Sunday, September 15), and Allston/Brighton (Sunday, October 20)!

To find out where we will be stationed for each of these Open Streets, be sure to check out our Instagram, Facebook, and X accounts in the days leading up to the event! We’d love to see you in these neighborhoods and if you stop by our table, you’ll have the chance to enter to win free tickets to one of our shows in the 24/25 Season.
