Mayor Walsh proclaims Friday, June 22, 2018 as BORN FOR THIS DAY in the city of Boston!

 

BeBe Winans sings “God Bless America” at the Massachusetts House of Representatives earlier this week.

Today is not only the official opening of BeBe Winans’ new musical in Boston, but also, Mayor Martin J. Walsh has proclaimed Friday, June 22, 2018 as BORN FOR THIS DAY in the city of Boston!

Mayor Walsh noted that the day is meant to celebrate the official opening of Born For This: A New Musical performing through July 15, 2018 at the Emerson Cutler Majestic Theater, returning to Boston, where it was birthed at theatrical workshops at ArtsEmerson in July 2013 and August 2014.

The audiences at the past week’s previews of the show could not have been more enthusiastic about their adoration for Born For This. Don’t miss it, get your tickets now!
