Tonight, We Celebrate 10 Years Bold

Tonight, we open our 10th Anniversary Season with The 7 Fingers’ Passengers (SEP 25-OCT 13) and we are thrilled to welcome so many friendly faces back into the ArtsEmerson venues, but also greet new artists and collaborations. This season is a momentous for the anniversary of course, but it is equally exciting to continue deepening our work both here in Boston and with our communities internationally.

As Artistic Director David Dower stated in the Boston Herald this week, “For this anniversary, I wanted to find five projects out of the first nine seasons that describe the DNA of ArtsEmerson.”

“If you knew nothing about us and you came into Boston and saw those five shows, you would know where we came from and what our priorities are. Then the five commissions are for the people who have been following us all this time and want to feel the muscles we’ve developed, to see the ambition that we have.”
